Meet our Centre Manager

Louise Duell

Years in childcare: 5 years

Qualifications: Studying Diploma of Children's Services

What makes you passionate about working in childcare? Caring and educating for the next generation. Giving every child the same care, attention and education that they deserve. It is nice to see and experience the world through their eyes. Working with children is very rewarding and fun. You have the privilege of sharing their milestones with them and their families. Working with children you make so many new friends and learn so much about yourself; your qualities and what you are capable of.

What is the funniest or most memorable moment you can share from working in childcare? The most memorable moment would be this year when I congratulated the Kindergarten graduates of 2017. Some of these children had started in the nursery 5 years ago when I started at Country Kids, also most of the children had been in the previous room last year with myself as their group leader. It was a very special and proud moment.

Why do you believe your centre is an excellent choice for parents seeking the best childcare? Our centre prides it’s self on building secure, safe and trusting relationships with the children and families. Our educators range from very fresh faces to the trusty tried and tested educators who work collaboratively and show such passion for their work. County Kids is fresh and clean with many wonderful learning environments, from stimulating rooms, busy playgrounds and a sensory garden with gardens and chickens.
